RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RSN8, every product is designed and crafted to represent our standard of progress, not shortcuts. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but because of our production and fulfillment model, our return and refund policy has specific guidelines. Please read carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a defective or damaged product.
You received the wrong item or size.
There was an error in printing, embroidery, or customization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect sizing due to customer error (please check our size guides carefully before ordering).
Products purchased during final sale or clearance.

 

SECTION 2 – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some RSN8 products are fulfilled on-demand. These items are made specifically when you place your order. Because of this, returns are not possible unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

SECTION 3 – IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

From time to time, RSN8 may carry inventory (bulk-produced items stored in the U.S. or EU for faster shipping). These products may be eligible for exchanges in limited circumstances. Please contact us directly for support.

 

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is returned outside the 7-day return window.

 

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@rsn8.com

with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

SECTION 7 – TIMELINE FOR REQUESTS

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges.
